Giulio Castelpietra
Psychiatrist. Head of the Community Psychiatry Service at the Centre Neuchâtelois de Psychiatrie (CNP) in Marin-Epagnier (Switzerland). He is also a consultant to the Mental Health Flagship program of the Division of Health Policies and Systems of the WHO Regional Office for Europe, based in Copenhagen (Denmark), and a visiting fellow at the Mental Health Policy Unit of the Health Research Institute of the University of Canberra (Australia).
He obtained his PhD in Psychiatric Epidemiology from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm (Sweden), where his research focused on suicide prevention, particularly through the use of antidepressant drugs.
He is the coordinator of the Italian Global Burden of Disease project, focused on mental health and suicidal behaviors, and a member of the Italian Society of Psychiatric Epidemiology.

Lluís Salvador-Carulla
Psychiatrist and Deputy Director of the Health Research Institute. He is also a professor of mental health at the University of Canberra (Australia) and an honorary professor at the Menzies Centre for Health Policy at the University of Sydney and at the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health of the Australian National University.
His research focuses on the development of classification and decision-support systems in public health, care ecosystems, and the analysis of research impact on health policies, particularly in mental health and disability.
