The "Edifici FUB3" houses the theoretical and practical classrooms for the Physiotherapy program, with a total of 528 training stations that can operate simultaneously. Located in the former Slaughterhouse complex, it consists of five buildings or modules that include a total of eleven classrooms, two meeting rooms, a gym with capacity for around one hundred people, and a space dedicated to offices and work areas used by the teaching staff of the Physiotherapy department at the Faculty of Health Sciences of Manresa. The student changing rooms are located in the first pavilion, while the gym and two classrooms are part of a newly constructed building.
