Marc Bernadich
PhD in Business Creation and Management from UAB (2015) and BA in Business Administration and Management (2005). He is currently Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences at UVic-UCC and Head of Entrepreneurship at the Manresa campus.
With extensive university teaching experience, he lectures on subjects such as Business Initiative, Entrepreneurship, Family Business, SME Development, and Business Organization and Management in both the Business Administration degree and the Digital Society Management degree, and he also supervises final degree projects. In research, he has published a scientific article and a book chapter on entrepreneurship. In addition, he combines his academic work with entrepreneurial experience in the development of family, personal, and business capital.
Vanessa Lozano Martín
BA in Psychology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. She completed a postgraduate degree in Conflict Management and Resolution at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, studied Business Administration at Instituto de Empresas, and is a certified co-active coach (CPCC) by the Coaches Training Institute. Her training combines psychology, management, and coaching, with an international perspective on personal development and leadership.
With more than twenty years of experience in people and team development, consulting, and training, she currently works as an independent consultant in Andorra, executive consultant at UManresa, and associate L&D consultant at Insights, where she supports teams in leadership, communication, and personal growth processes.
She has held management and consulting positions at Trivière Partners, Insights, and YellowKorner, where she led the implementation and management of the brand in Spain and Andorra. She has also taken on responsibilities in people management and development at Grandvalira and Adecco, with experience in team leadership and training consultancy.
Specialized in executive coaching and team facilitation, she is known for creating environments of trust and fostering growth, helping organizations strengthen competencies and face change challenges with a strategic and human approach.
Xavier Prat Burdó
Industrial Technical Engineer in Electronics from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He has extensive experience in consulting, project management, and digital transformation applied to the industrial sector.
He currently works as a digital transformation consultant and Industry 4.0 advisor, helping companies implement software solutions to optimize processes. He is also an entrepreneur in the field of artificial intelligence with several projects, such as IApropia.com, Sentirum.com, and VinoSpeak.com.
He was founder and manager of BITECSA for over twenty years, leading the development and implementation of IT solutions for the industrial sector. He also served as business development manager and CTO at GOVISYSTEM-BITECSA, driving its international expansion.
His experience includes ERP consulting, IT management in international industrial companies, and participation in international trade projects. He has been a member of the Governing Board of the College of Technical Industrial Engineers of Manresa, strengthening his commitment to the sector’s development.
Specialized in digital transformation and applied technological innovation, he is recognized for his ability to analyze processes and develop tailored solutions for companies.
Gemma Guitérrez Cortés
BA in Advertising and Public Relations from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a Master’s in Marketing Management and Commercial Management (GESCO) from ESIC Business & Marketing School.
She is currently Managing Director of Marketing Solutions Europe at LLYC, where she leads marketing strategy and business development across Europe. Previously, she was Managing Director of Ogilvy Barcelona for five years, leading a team of more than 250 professionals and managing national and international accounts such as Nestlé, Volkswagen Audi España, CaixaBank, and Lidl. Over her fifteen years at Ogilvy, she held several positions of increasing responsibility, consolidating her expertise in team leadership, business development, and brand strategy.
She has combined her professional career with university teaching, as a master’s program director at EAE Business School and lecturer in digital marketing, e-commerce, and communication strategy at UAB. She also worked as an account supervisor at OgilvyOne and as communications director for Donostia-San Sebastián City Council, where she led the communications plan for Fomento de San Sebastián.

Ramón Costa Pujol
BA in Computer Engineering, Master’s in Pedagogy (UPC), and General Management degree from EADA. He is currently a PhD candidate in Business Administration and Management at UPC. Since 2008, he has worked as Project and Change Director at the Microsoft Innovation Center – Productivity, leading projects on technology adoption and change management. He is also co-founder of the consultancy inPreneur.
With a long academic career, he is an associate professor of computer engineering at EU Gimbernat (UAB) and senior lecturer at EADA, where he teaches project management, innovation, and digital transformation. His research focuses on topics such as the information worker, project management, and change management, and he has published several books and chapters, including *iProductivitat* and *50 lecciones de management*.
Certified in PMP (PMI), PRINCE2, PSM I, and Prosci-ADKAR, he has over twenty years of consulting and project management experience in organizations such as ASCAMM, the Catalan Institute of Technology, Neoris, and INTEC. He is a member of the Official College of Computer Engineering of Catalonia and the Project Management Institute.
Víctor Jordan Vallverdú
BA in History from UB (1996), Master’s in Education and ICT from UOC (2013), and currently completing a PhD in eSports at the University of Girona (2024). Since 2011, he has been part of the management board of the Johan Cruyff Institute, where he directs and teaches programs on digital transformation, marketing, and eSports.
He is also a lecturer in the Digital Society Management degree at UManresa, where he is responsible for the subjects Digital Research and Digital Health and Education, and he collaborates as a lecturer and researcher at TecnoCampus. With more than fifteen years of experience in higher education and consulting, he has designed training programs for institutions such as Telefónica Educación Digital, EAE Business School, and UOC, focusing on educational innovation, skills certification with blockchain, and digital transformation strategies.
Ricard Planas Bonet
Engineer in Product Design and Development from the University of Girona (1998), Master’s in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from UVic-UCC (2011), and Postgraduate degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting from UPF (2014). Since 2012, he has worked as a Product Discovery Coach at Exit Product, facilitating innovation workshops and supporting companies and entrepreneurs in identifying new business opportunities using design thinking, lean startup, and jobs to be done.
His career is divided into three complementary stages. First, as a product engineer at Figueres Seating and Philips Lighting, he led international industrial development projects. Later, he held management positions—commercial director and later CEO—at the Norcan group, where he defined business strategy and drove company growth. Finally, he specialized in consulting and training in creativity and entrepreneurship: he is a collaborating lecturer at UVic-UCC and a regular trainer at Barcelona Activa, Tecnocampus, and other public organizations. This path has given him a deep understanding of the real value of connecting ideas with people’s needs, helping teams and entrepreneurs develop projects that not only work but also make sense.
José García Callejas
BA in Economics and Business Studies from UAB (1993), Executive Master in International Business (ESCI-UPF), Master in Leadership and Organizational Coaching (EADA Business School), and Postgraduate in Strategic Marketing (ESIC). He is also a certified executive coach and trained in motivation techniques, group dynamics, and pedagogical training.
With more than twenty years of experience as an executive in international environments, he has led marketing and sales departments in companies such as Laboratorios Byly and Sensalia, implementing internationalization plans and global negotiations in markets across Europe, America, and Asia. He currently combines his work as a consultant and executive coach with teaching at business schools such as EAE Business School, ESCI-UPF, and ESIC, where he teaches courses on team management, leadership, internationalization, and strategic planning. His career is marked by strong business vision, expertise in change management, and a clear vocation for developing talent and leadership within organizations.
Joan Gallifa Roca
BA in Computer Engineering from UPC (2002) and Master’s in Education and ICT (e-learning) from UOC (2009). He is currently a lecturer in the Digital Society Management degree at UManresa, where he teaches courses such as Societies and Technology and Digital Economies and Organizations.
