Module 1. Sensing: Identifying Emerging Opportunities and Risks (1.5 ECTS)

• Introduction to the strategic role of the CFO and the Dynamic Organizations (DO) model
• Application of individual microfoundations (knowledge, skills and resilience)
• Prospective analysis using foresight tools and scenario planning
• Teamwork to strengthen collective microfoundations

Activity:

• Visit to a technological innovation hub – Observation of emerging trends in real environments.

Module 2. Seizing: Developing Innovative Strategies with the Doblin Model (1.5 ECTS)

• Practical application of Doblin’s ten types of innovation
• Innovation in configuration (business models, networks and processes), offering (product and service innovation) and customer experience
• Development of new value propositions based on identified opportunities
• Work in multidisciplinary teams to strengthen team microfoundations

Activity:

• Visit to a leading innovative company – Observation of innovation processes from the inside.

Module 3. Transforming: Leading Organisational Transformation (2 ECTS)

• Transformational leadership based on individual microfoundations (resilience and self-awareness)
• Implementation of change management methodologies (ADKAR, Lean Management and Six Sigma)
• Reconfiguration of organisational processes (Business Process Reengineering)
• Development of a culture of innovation within the company

Activity:

• Visit to a company undergoing digital transformation – Analysis of how change is managed at organisational level

Executive production director in the international sports audiovisual sector, with more than 25 years of experience leading global broadcast and content projects. Expert in content strategy, OTT platforms and international operations. Lecturer and mentor in executive sports management programmes.

Degree in Physical Education and professional basketball coach with more than 35 years of experience leading high-performance teams. Author of the book Escucha tu baloncesto, el valor del entrenador.

Degree in Economics, Administration and Marketing, and Master’s in Marketing. Brand Development Director at TOUS, with a solid track record in strategic brand development.

Vanessa Lozano Martín

Degree in Psychology, postgraduate studies in Conflict Management and Resolution, and certified Professional Co-Active Coach. Consultant specialised in people development, leadership and executive and organisational skills programmes.

Robert Márquez Acosta

Telecommunications Engineer from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and Master’s in Supply Chain Management from ICIL. He has completed executive programmes in leadership and management at EADA Business School and the Executive Development Programme (PDD) at IESE Business School. Director of Strategy and Transformation at Establiments Viena.

Oriol Montanyà Vilalta

PhD in Economics and Business from the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia (UVic-UCC), with degrees in Sociology (UAB) and Journalism (UPF). He has completed executive training in Operations Management and Project Management. Senior Lecturer at UPF Barcelona School of Management and founder of the Sustainability Observatory at the same institution. Regular media contributor, member of the Advisory Board of Serveto and participant in a logistics expert group of the Government of Catalonia.

Ricard Planas Bonet

Engineer in Product Design and Development, with postgraduate studies in Radio and Television Voice-over and a Master’s in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Consultant and trainer specialising in creativity, entrepreneurship and Product Discovery methodologies for product development.

Xavier Sardà Pérez

Technical Engineer in Computer Science, with a Master’s in Free Software, an MBA from EAE Business School and a Master’s in Neuropsychology and Education from the International University of La Rioja (UNIR). Senior Global Program Manager at TD SYNNEX, with experience managing global technology programmes.

Josep Sàez
