GENERAL INFORMATION FOR INCOMING STUDENTS
1. Inter-institutional Agreement (IIA)
The Manresa campus of the UVIC-UCC only accepts students from universities or other institutions with whom we have an inter-institutional agreement.
2. Nomination and application process
Students must be appointed by their home university. Partner universities must email their students' nominations to the Manresa campus of the UVic-UCC before the following deadlines:
- Autumn semester and whole academic year: 30th April
- Spring semester: 31st October
Once nominated, students have to complete and submit the following:

Applications will be reviewed by the international academic coordinators for the relevant studies and, if approved, an acceptance letter will be sent to the students via email.
Once the acceptance period has been closed and the student has been formally accepted, the UManresa international academic coordinator will contact the accepted student to welcome them to UVic-UCC (Manresa Campus) and give them further advice for their stay with us.
3. Before your arrival
All accepted students should then send the following documents to their UManresa international coordinator:
- Passport. The validity of this document must include the whole duration of the mobility period.
- Academic Transcript of Records.
- All international students will be required to sign this Declaration of Insurance responsibility.
- European Health Card (if you are a European citizen).
- Vaccination Certificate
- B1 Spanish level official certificate (if you have one).
- Learning Agreement proposal (please find here our current academic offer for Incoming students).
- Obtaining a Social Security Number (NUSS) in the case of traineeships. Please find information and instructions here
We strongly recommend students to also check this European Union webpage, which provides updated information on the various measures in place, including on quarantine and requirements for travellers.
4. After your arrival
Within 15 days of the arrival date in the host country, the student should fill out the following form so that we can get in touch with them in case of emergency:
