He is currently a consultant in talent management and PDI at UManresa. She has held positions of responsibility at Inforpress, where she directed the Consumer Area in Barcelona and managed teams, budgets and top-level clients. She is currently a senior consultant at ATREVIA, where she advises on communication strategy, crisis management and account management for prominent companies. She combines her professional activity with teaching as a professor and tutor for the Master in Comprehensive Corporate Communication at Blanquerna (URLL). She began her career as a journalist in various media.
Ester Garcia Quilón
Bachelor's degree in Labor Sciences from the UAB and a diploma in Labor Relations from the UAB, master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (ICT), expert postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Management from the UPF, postgraduate degree in Digital Transformation for managers at EADA and Chief Future Officer program at UManresa. Eugeni Lorenzana Mendoza

He is currently Human Resources Director at Avinent Group, a family-owned business group operating in the industrial, medical-dental, and retail sectors.
