Carlos Alcoba
He holds an Executive MBA in Social Innovation, along with postgraduate qualifications in corporate communication and reputation. He has over 20 years of experience consulting for large organizations, developing projects related to corporate reputation, internal communication, and organizational transformation. Since 2017, he has focused his career on promoting mental health and well-being in the workplace.
He currently leads the workplace mental health project at Obertament, driving initiatives to reduce stigma, foster healthy work environments, and integrate mental health into people management strategies. His work has been recognized with the 2024 Prevencionar Mental Health Award, an honor that distinguishes professionals and organizations committed to health, safety, and well-being at work.
He holds a degree in History and is a PhD candidate in Educational Innovation. He has a Master’s degree in Clinical and Social Simulation Methodology from UManresa, as well as a Master’s in Employer Branding and Inbound Recruiting. Master’s in Emotional Intelligence. Certified in DISC and Motivators and in Management 3.0. He has more than 18 years of experience in training, career guidance, competency development, and educational innovation. He is currently a consultant in talent management and PDI at UManresa. He is the creator of the serious games Talento y Punto® and Planeta Talento®, the latter recognized with the Educaweb Award 2025 for the best career guidance game. He collaborates with companies, public administrations, and educational institutions on projects related to talent development, soft skills, employability, and leadership.

Sonia Duque Fontalba
Bachelor of Information Sciences (Journalism) from the UAB. A communications professional with over 25 years of experience, she has developed her career mainly in the field of strategic consulting, leading projects for over 100 national and international companies and brands. She has held positions of responsibility at Inforpress, where she directed the Consumer Area in Barcelona and managed teams, budgets and top-level clients. She is currently a senior consultant at ATREVIA, where she advises on communication strategy, crisis management and account management for prominent companies. She combines her professional activity with teaching as a professor and tutor for the Master in Comprehensive Corporate Communication at Blanquerna (URLL). She began her career as a journalist in various media.
Ester Garcia Quilón
Bachelor's degree in Labor Sciences from the UAB and a diploma in Labor Relations from the UAB, master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (ICT), expert postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Management from the UPF, postgraduate degree in Digital Transformation for managers at EADA and Chief Future Officer program at UManresa. Experience as an HRBP in the financial sector and currently Human Resources Director at the Sumcab industrial group.
Eugeni Lorenzana Mendoza
Graduated in Clinical Psychology from Blanquerna - Universitat Ramon Llull, Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona (BSM), PDD from IE Business School, and University Expert in Values-Based Leadership from Fundació Universitària del Bages (FUB). He developed his professional career for nearly fifteen years at Banco Santander, performing the role of Human Resources Business Partner. He is currently Human Resources Director at Avinent Group, a family-owned business group operating in the industrial, medical-dental, and retail sectors. He is also Second Vice President of the Metallurgical Employers’ Association of Central Catalonia.
Vanessa Lozano

Jose Saló Azagra
Industrial Engineer (UPC) and holder of an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, he has also participated in executive development programs at leading international institutions. He is a professional with a strong track record in general management, business development, and international management. He spent a significant part of his career at Gestamp Automoción, where, over nearly seventeen years, he held various senior roles in operations, projects, and business across Spain and several European countries. Subsequently, he managed the Beyçelik Gestamp joint venture in Turkey and Romania. From 2018 to 2024, he served as CEO of Roquet Hydraulics, leading the company’s strategy and international expansion. He is currently the founder and director of 3SMESM, a firm specializing in consulting, investment, and the management of companies undergoing growth or transformation.
Marc Soler Palacios
A graduate in Labor Relations from the UAB and the UB, with a master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, and Occupational Risk Prevention, and specializations in Synergology, Negotiation, and Communication from IESE. He has over fifteen years of experience in labor relations and people management in multinational environments, as well as in strategic HR consulting for SMEs. He is currently the Senior Manager of People & Culture at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.
