Catalan University Championships (CCU)
Team sports
UManresa takes part in the Catalan University Championships with the following UVic-UCC teams:
- Women’s basketball
- Men’s basketball
- Women’s rugby 7s
- Men’s rugby 7s
- Women’s volleyball
- Men’s volleyball
- Women’s 7-a-side football
- Women’s futsal
- Men’s futsal
- Men’s 11-a-side football
- Women’s handball
- Men’s handball
Participation requirements
The 12 Catalan universities take part in the Catalan University Championships (CCU).
Training sessions and competitions always take place on weekdays. Selected players are expected to show maximum commitment to the team.
The competition is organised in a matchday format, with two matchdays, semifinals, and finals.
Only teams with a sufficient number of members are entered into the competition.
Participation in these championships may be recognised as RAC credits (ECTS).
Individual sports
UManresa students can represent UVic-UCC in around twenty individual university championships in the following disciplines:
- Bouldering
- Athletics, marathon, and half marathon
- Cross-country running and triathlon
- Skiing and snowboarding
- Swimming
- Golf
- Judo, karate, and taekwondo
- Chess
- Mountain biking (MTB)
- Tennis, padel, and badminton
- Beach volleyball
- Open water swimming

Spanish University Championships (CEU)
The Consejo Superior de Deportes (CSD) organizes the CEU during the second semester of the academic year. These championships are the highest level of university sports at the national level.
The UVic-UCC athletes with the best records and/or the teams ranked first in the Catalan University Championships participate.
